Can i use a power adapter that out puts the same Volt as my piano keyboard’s input but has different Amps?

I have a piano keyboard and i need a power adapter for it. I found a Universal Transformer that has the right output of Voltage required for the keyboard (and same shape), but on the Universal Transformer, it says 800mA Max. But my keyboard’s manual says it 250-300 mA input. So can i still use the Universal Transformer?

The keyboard will only draw as much current as it needs, so as long as the adapter can handle at least 300 ma, you’re fine. The voltage has to be exact, and the polarity (+/-) has to be correct as well.
