ok, i really wanna learn piano AT HOME. i don’t wanna have to get a teacher (go ahead, call me lazy) but i really do want to learn to play cool songs like my chemical romance and mayday parade.
i know about tablature, but is it just as good as regular reading notes?
is it easier?
is it fast?
The only way to learn piano is by reading notes. Also the more modern pieces, like MCR and stuff, are more difficult to play so you will have to play for a little while before you can play them. I think you should get a teacher or you will never learn the right way to play.
