After doing some research online, I found that apparently piano playing causes the brain to concentrate more and focus. Is there any other information I could use to prove this point?
When I was a kid, my mom forced me to take piano lessons for 7 years, and it drove me crazy and made me resentful. Whatever effect it had on my brain, I can't say it was anything beneficial.
