Question by Mangoman: how long will it take me to start playing the “good stuff on piano”?
i just started learning to read music and i can play a few dumb songs like jingle bells….if i keep practicing up to an hour daily how long will it take so i can start playing some beatles,coldplay,and these type of pop music

I can’t say, or give you an estimate because I’m not you. You might be able to play it in a few months, years or days. I won’t know.
Keep practicing, and start to try playing some of the “good stuff”. If you still find it too hard, practice more. Honestly, you shouldn’t be trying to play complex songs on the piano yet if you “just started learning” how to read music.
