I don’t get it! Does the piano player simply play the right hand an octave higher than is shown on the sheet music? My left hand plows through where my right hand is trying to play. They are both in the general area of Middle C. Help! 
You have to use fingers from the same hand as you make your crossover. It’s complex- but with practice you’ll get it.
