Im going to be taking lessons soon and i want to know which is better to learn piano or keyboard. I was thinking keyboard because its the same as piano and you get more with it. But what do you guys think?

Learn Piano, you can merge onto a keyboard a lot easier than you can the other way around.
Piano also has the advantage of strengthening your manual dexterity due to the weight of the keys. Work with the heavier keys also helps to train both your muscles and ears toward finer skills having to do with crescendos/decrescendos and general volume that is controlled not by an amp but rather by your own skill and motor control.
