I wanted to played piano since i was young, but my family couldn’t afford me for going to those piano classes. is it very hard to learn byself? can anyone tell me if you guys learn byself or? i’m planning to save my own money to get myself an electronic keyboard, meanwhile not many of my friends plays the piano.
I’d say if you’re trying to learn the piano by yourself you won’t progress very far unless you’re just some kind of prodigy. Furthermore, if you try learning the piano by using a keyboard, you won’t get the full experience either. It’s like trying to learn how to paint by buying yourself a $2 water color set at K-Mart.
You know, life is short. If you want to learn the piano, invest in a proper upright model and hire a teacher. You can rent a piano for a few dollars a month and take lessons for $25 a week. Do something good for yourself, you won’t regret it.
