This is a serious question though it may sound stupid. I recently started working out my entire body a few times a week. I’ve played piano for a long time, and I’m wondering if–for any reason–working out will worsen my playing. I’m not trying to get huge, if that matters. I use lighter weights and perform many repetitions.

No, I don’t think so. I have played piano for several years, and have never heard a difference in my playing caused by working out, by not practicing, yes, working out, no. And don’t worry, your question isn’t stupid, there is no such thing as a stupid question, if you are serious.
