Not to any reasonable standard. You could teach yourself how to read music, and the corresponding notes on a keyboard, and plenty of music theory. But when it comes to practically learning the piano then you're going to need a piano (or even a keyboard could do right at the beginning), and a teacher would be of great help if you want to get anywhere with it.
