I am going to start to learn to play the piano.. but i dont have a piano at home. Im going to be practicing at school on a real piano.. would it be helpful to use a weitghted keynoard at home.. to get used to keys and practice for finger movements.. or do i have to buy a piano.. ?
I have played piano for about three years, and all I have is a digital piano with weighted keys. It is fine for practice, although I would love an acoustic piano. Sigh. Anyhow, I would not recommend making that big of a purchase without finding out if piano is your thing. Just practice on the keyboard. It will be fine for now.
