My left arm gets tired when I play piano while my right arm does not, I.E. I can play fast but my left hand is usually out of the race way before my right is. It feels like a slight burning down the length of my arm a little past the wrist. There is no swelling of the area so I am pretty sure it’s not tendinitis. Any info will be greatly appreciated.
playing piano is not a race!!! that is a fact that should be known!!! relax your left hand, and if it starts to hurt- take a break!!! Normally, tension in your hand means that you are working it too hard. If you force your hand to work beyond the point it goes (when it starts to hurt really bad), long term effects of this could lead to the breakdown of your hand.
