Tips, Tricks & Piano Playin' Resources

What are some good, late intermediate to advanced piano pieces?

I'm auditioning for a music scholarship and they ask for:

Two memorized selections from classical piano or organ literature highlighting composers of different stylistic periods such as Bach, Chopin, and Beethoven.

I'm already thinking of Chopin's Fantasie Impromptu Op. 66 as one of my choices. Any recommendations for the second one? Preferably one not from the same period as Chopin (Romantic Period) of course–maybe from the Baroque Period? Thanks!

Bach : Italian Concerto in F major BWV 971
Bach : Preludes & Fugues Nos. 15 & 18 – WTC. Book II
