I saw a Yamaha keyboard at JCP, with adapter, music keyboard stand for $99. Elated Icontacted my niece &sent her an email showing the product.She paid $95.00 for shipping & $5.00 for insurance.It was delivered to her for $21.00 additionally & forwarded to me.When I opened the box, I found a Harmony keyboard.The stand had a dent but that was minor. It did not happen during shipping because it was in the foam. When I unpacked the keyboard & tried it, I was disappointed. The music stand had a Y but it was not Yamaha. The quality of the sound was tinny,like a child’s piano. I read the instructions.Although the manual revealed there was a guarantee, none was shipped with it.In addition,when I programmed the voice for church organ,I got Grand Piano.No matter what I programmed,I did not get the voice.I wrote the company & they are.playing fool.They told me it was what my niece ordered.They did not explain why it does not work properly or what they plan to do to correct it.I cannot return it
Return it. It’s not in good condition so they should grant a return for that.
