I was in a Best Buy store and saw a demo playing on an HDTV. It was repeating apparently from a DVD, but of course no title showed on the screen, and it was an awkward situation where I couldn’t ask what it was since they were busy.
It was something live in front of thousands of people. Stevie Wonder playing a little bit on I think a grand piano. Some lady was on keyboards, they had the bass player (a very large, heavyset guy wearing black sunglasses), a couple of guitarists, a bongo drummer, and a couple of other drummers. One of which was Stanley something (not sure of his last name, but he is apparently a very, very well-known and talented drummer). Where can I find this solo? What’s the name of it? Basically all of them started out playing a general song, but each broke out into a solo to show their skills, as Stevie Wonder called their names one by one per instrument.
All I can find in google
Stevie Wonder (also a drummer btw) had played alongside Stanley Randolph.
Maybe that might help.
Sorry couldn’t get your answer.
