I want to have her take piano lessons and want a descent keyboard to practice on at home since we can not have a piano at home. under $200.00 US give or take. Thanks!
Any brand, so long as the keys are full-size. This will make the transition to more advanced instruments (and acoustic pianos) easier. For this reason, you will probably want to purchase a used instrument. Check with your local musical instrument store, garage sales, classifieds, etc., and of course, on the net (E-bay should have tons of them!).
Casio and Yamaha brands are both recommended for starter pianos.
